2024. What does devotion really mean for you? How can you practice Guru Yoga essentially yet profoundly meaningful? This short introductory module will take on you on a four week long journey.

2024. A two week module. The basic purpose of the Chö practice, the Accumulation of the Kusali, is to cut through concepts and ego-clinging. It comes from the great woman master Machik Labdrön (11th century). Though featuring in the Longchen Nyingtik Ngöndro, it is not part of our actual accumulations.

2024. Of all practices, the offering of the mandala is the most profound and skilful way to  accumulate the essential provisions of merit and wisdom, without which we cannot travel swiftly along the path. In this six-week module you will learn about all aspects of this practice and get to actually do it.

11/2023. Welcome to this ten week module, accompanied by its bi-weekly study groups. While going through the teachings on Vajrasattva purification, we will have plenty of time to actually practice it. Imbued and crystallized in Vajrasattva is the indestructible energy of enlightenment, the healing power and the purity of all the Buddhas, which is the source of all purity and our own true nature. It is this purity that heals.

10/2023. Welcome to our two week review of the bodhichitta teachings.—“The ultimate and the best way to arouse bodhichitta” or,
—“The mengak for how to generate bodhichitta in a way that is both personally meaningful and authentic” or,
—“The most powerful way of sparking bodhichitta and of making bodhichitta explode in your being”

09/2023. Taking refuge meaningfully & wholeheartedly. In Part Two of the refuge teachings, we continuously strive to find trust & confidence in ourselves, and to strengthen our recognition of our true nature. This module consists of eight weeks, accompanied by bi-weekly study groups.

2024. A collection of teachings to inspire your ngöndro practice in two sections:
A) Nothing but ngöndro - A spiritual framework for daily life
