This five week course introduces us to the power of compassion practices to help us rediscover and cultivate warmth, a genuine sense of connection and a deep inner peace. This is why Tibetan Buddhists consider compassion “The Wish Fulfilling Jewel.”

We will explore the profound compassion technique from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition called  Tonglen, or “giving and receiving” in English translation. Tonglen brings us closer to the ones we love and helps us expand our love and develop compassion, even for those we feel indifferent, or even negatively towards.
