02/2023. Welcome to your third course in year two, the year of the bodhisattva! We're now embarking upon the training of the mind in the Four Immeasurables which is the first main section of training in bodhichitta in the Kunzang Lama’i Shelung and the Zindri. Here, we are exploring the enlightened qualities of immeasurable love, compassion, joy & equanimity in a practice-orientated way. This course will run for six weeks, & will include three study groups.
