Year 6 and our first eighteen week module on Guru Yoga. Guru Yoga is the heart practice of our lineage. Our lineage masters have treasured Guru Yoga as their main practice in life and death. It's the entrance way for blessings and the ultimate method for arousing the wisdom of realisation.
